What is your shipping policy?

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday PST (Pacific Time) will be processed within 24-48 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.

Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs

USA orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail (3 days).
Simply Bella offers $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders within the 48 Contiguous States.
Free shipping applies to all orders over $250.
You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.


RETURNS

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders. Please include your packing slip. Returned items must included the original tag and have not been worn, altered, or washed. All swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits are final sale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment. At this point, you can place an order for the replacement item. If you received special promotion and made partial return, discount and shipping charges will be recalculated. Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. If your order was paid for with a gift card, your return will be refunded using a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit will be sent to you via US postal mail.

How do I return an item?

Securely pack and seal the items including the packing slip with the returned items clearly marked in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below.
NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Can I return a sale item?

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Is this site secure?

Any personal information given to Simply Bella will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Simply Bella server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Simply Bella does not store your credit card information at any time. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

What credit cards do you accept?

Simply Bella accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

What sales tax do you charge?

Sales tax is charged only to California residents where Simply Bella has a physical presence. CA retail sales tax is 8.75% on all orders. Sales tax is not charged on gift cards.

Item Availability?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

Details

Please select the amount of the gift certificate you would like to purchase. Will be able to ship the gift certificate along with a personalized message after you have placed and confirmed your order. The gift certificate for the purchase amount does not expire and can be used towards any purchase at Simply Bella.
